Caroline has more than 30 years' experience across public relations, communications, journalism and publishing. As head of Flow's PR team she leads brand-building, reputation management and crisis communications, and develops media strategies and press material for clients including GIZ, SAA, Nando's, the Nelson Mandela Foundation, the Desmond and Leah Tutu Foundation and Hollard. She is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) and heads the ethics portfolio on the board of PRISA.
