Elmarie brings over 15 years of experience in design, communications and education. As Head of Design at Flow since 2017 she shapes the company's creative direction and leads its team of graphic designers. Her client work spans the Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GIZ, the EU, the Ford Foundation, Standard Bank and UN Women, with expertise in brand identity, report layouts and interactive publications. She also spent five years as a graphic design lecturer.
